We provide unique services to our customers. Laser cladding is used to restore heavily worn surfaces of metal parts. Due to the advantages of the process, no subsequent heat treatment or complex machining is required, which significantly reduces turnaround time. A wide range of materials are available to form the most suitable coating for the application: Stainless steels, Inconel® 625 and 718 chemical and heat-resistant alloys, bronze and Stellite® 6, 12 and 21 carbide alloys.

Epoxy coatings work best where regular welding or even laser cladding is not applicable. Compared to conventional welding techniques, cold-curing epoxy systems such as Devcon®, Loctite® and Belzona® are more tolerant to base surface material and allow rapid application whilst providing long-term protection with minimal downtime.

We offer our Customers reconditioning services in our workshop and on site. Our mobile solution can be prepared for transportation within a couple of hours and rendered in a machining workshop or on site as an addition to mobile on-site machining.
